The EL, Or L as some may call it has been around since 1892 (shheeessh, thats old), it’s the second largest rapid transit system in total track milage in the United States. You can get practically anywhere in chicago if you use the CTA.

Where I come from this complex train system doesn’t exist so of course you shouldn’t ask me what the correct term for this elevated train system is.

I personally thought it was “EL” you know short for ELevated but I was quickly corrected today at school by a Chicago “Native.” according to him if your truly from Chicago then “you would know” it’s the “L”

So im leaving it up to you…which one is it…answer the poll and let me know!!
